In short

We only collect what you send us through our forms (service request or training sign-up), and only to reply to you. We don't sell your data and we don't share it with advertisers.

What we collect

• Your name or artist name, email, phone and city, if you provide them.
• Your answers to the form questions and the links you share (music, social media).
• How you heard about 4th LvL.

Why

To understand your need, get back to you and, if you wish, offer you support. The information is emailed to the 4th LvL team and read only by them.

How long

We keep your request for 24 months after our last exchange, then delete it.

Your rights

Under Ivorian Law No. 2013-450 of June 19, 2013 on the protection of personal data (and the GDPR if you live in the European Union), you can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your information. Email us at info@4thlvl.com. You can also contact ARTCI, the data protection authority in Côte d'Ivoire.

Cookies and external services

The site uses no advertising cookies or tracking tools. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. The Spotify and YouTube players built into the site are provided by those platforms, which apply their own rules (including their cookies) as soon as you start a track or a video.
